Refund Policy
We want you to love your Wavy products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Process
Email support@wavyhair-co.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened haircare products, extensions and bonnets may be non-returnable; this is noted on the product page.
